Since 2010, Indosole has diverted over 150,000 waste tires from landfills, transforming them into durable soles for our sandals. It’s taken years of dedication to perfect our process—and now that we have, our focus is on scaling sustainably and efficiently.

Every day, we’re committed to turning waste into functional, stylish products. Our recent collaboration with Bali-based environmental champions Sungai Watch has taken things to the next level—introducing a new range of innovative upcycled products unlike anything we've done before.

Like many startups, we’ve faced our share of challenges—from the early grind to surviving the global pandemic while keeping our team intact. Now, in our 15th year, we’re more confident than ever in our product, our people, and our purpose.

Today, we’re seeing real momentum. Our concept shops have experienced year-over-year growth of 20–40% since 2022, and we’re seeing strong profitability across our direct sales channels.

To support this growth, we’re seeking a loan that will help us expand strategically, starting with two new retail locations in key Bali destinations in 2025. Our long-term vision is to take this model across Southeast Asia.
