Accounting Supervisor
Bali, Indonesia · Full-Time · 6–10 years' experience
Indosole is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team in Bali. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee financial operations end to end — bookkeeping on every cycle, monthly through annual reporting in line with PSAK and international standards, cash flow and working capital, international supplier payments, and tax compliance including VAT and corporate income tax. You'll lead the annual audit, work with operations on inventory valuation and costing, and own the financial controls that safeguard the business.
Beyond the numbers, this is a leadership role: you'll mentor and manage the finance team, improve our accounting systems and processes, and give senior management the insight behind decisions on profitability, cost management and capital expenditure.
We're looking for a degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA or a Master's a plus), at least six years in financial management with two or more supervising reporting and compliance, strong PSAK and Indonesian tax knowledge, and advanced Excel plus Xero (Shopify and Cin7 preferred). Retail or manufacturing experience and cost accounting exposure are an advantage. Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken, are required.

Junior Accountant
Bali, Indonesia · Full-Time · 3–5 years' experience
Indosole is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Bali. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role at the centre of our day-to-day accounting: recording transactions and maintaining the general ledger, running accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and petty cash, and supporting the monthly close. You'll also work alongside our external tax consultants and auditors, and report to the Director of Finance & Operations.
We're looking for someone careful by instinct — a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and fluent professional English. Audit background, Xero or ERP experience, and familiarity with Indonesian tax and statutory reporting are a plus.
