Indosole Global Summit 2026

Day 1 & 2

We gathered for the third year, the global partners of Indosole - Japan, Singapore, Australia, SE Asia, and from afar Taiwan, Korea, Middle East, and Europe - to discuss all things Indosole, branding, marketing, process, and product. It’s really the best investment the brand makes every year. The realization that the strongest asset of our brand is human power, coexistence, collective ideas built from individuals and teams, ideas from afar, ideas built within, sharing experiences good and bad, finding a collective home, building upon a foundation 16 years old, and making it anew again.

The main structure of the first 2 days are presentations that allow for discussion, year in review, marketing plans, brand updates, creative exercises, and the finale of new products to come, a bbq and then a funday. This is our basic format at Indosole, would love to hear yours.


This year we had our Japan team come in with invigorated energy, a translator, and their new digital agency to explore and see how global ideas can be adapted in Japan, and to share how they see the brand in the Japanese Market. It was interesting to hear that they like to focus on the design of the product over the responsibly made story of the product, which is an angle we appreciate as we spend so much time on the design of our product.


Jen from Indosole Singapore, a staple of the brand for 5 years, showed us how it’s done to manage a small territory and carry it like it’s the world, exhibiting all the knowledge and finesse of a data scientist, clearly showing the potential and capability of the Singapore market. 


We also had two industry veterans in the mix this year to discuss the development of two new territories as we hop back into Australia and explore the potential of SE Asia. We are so grateful for these two industry veterans to take interest in us and help us with this process of established expansion.


A summit is not a summit without a special appearance and this year we had Roel come through for a communication exercise where we all had to pitch the brand to each other as well as ideas for a new marketing campaign. So many fruitful ideas came to light, as the power of “WE” and cross department ideas unearthed nuggets of gold in sales and marketing development. 

Finally our production team showed the product in the pipeline…and some exciting new models, and materials were shown to the team for the first time, we will keep this on silent for now but a couple hints are the ideas of travel, health, recycling push, innovation and style in products the world has never seen before. Saying we are excited is an understatement!


Tacos and Tubing


We finished off the meetings with a taco party where we welcomed retailers, partners and friends to stop by for some tacos, drinks, and to see the new product. 

Then on the last day we went up to a beautiful spot in the mountains for some outdoor time, and some tubing down a lazy river surrounded by the beauty of Bali. A good time for the crew to relax, get some sun, have a little adventure and enjoy some easy living! Always tough to say goodbye, but always thankful for our crew to show up strong, get together and think Radically Different. See you soon Indo Crew!
