What are indosoles made of?

Footbed: 30% Natural Rubber, 30% Recycled EVA, 40% Recycled EVA

Sole: 40% Recycled Tire or Recycled Sneaker Soles, 20% Natural Rubber, 20% Synthetic Rubber, 10% bonding agent

Straps: 100% Recycled PU, 100% Recycled Webbing, 100% Recycled Cotton (Pable), or Natural Rattan Weaves by Handep

Will Tires be touching my skin?

NO, the soles of our sandals are made of recycled tires but there is no toxic content. The part containing tires are also not in direct contact with the skin. The sole touches the ground and underfoot is a soft and comfortable footbed made of natural rubber. All of our products have passed safety and health standards.

Where are indosoles made?

Indosoles are proudly made in Indonesia! We use high-quality natural and recycled materials which are locally sourced in Indonesia. Each pair is assembled with care and feature a hand sewn upper and our signature recycled tire soles.

Are indosoles waterproof?

YES. Indosoles are 100% waterproof and made to get wet and withstand nature's elements. Our signature tire tread bottoms even offer superior grip on slick and muddy surfaces.

are indosoles durable?

No, please be careful with your sandals being left in direct sunshine. They are made of natural rubber on the footbed which will warp in high temperatures or extended periods of time in direct sunlight. Make sure to leave them in the shade and in a cool spot when you are not wearing them.

Can I leave my Indosoles in direct sunlight or heat?

No, please be careful with your sandals being left in direct sunshine or heat. They are made of natural rubber on the footbed which will warp or shrink in high temperatures (75°F / 24°C and above) or extended periods of time in direct sunlight. Make sure to leave them in the shade and in a cool spot when you are not wearing them.

At checkout we offer a return/exchange program for an additional $2.38. We highly recommend to not remove this option from your cart as it will cover all costs for a return or exchange. Warranty

International orders: From $15–25 USD, calculated at checkout based on destination

How long will it take to get my order?

We'll usually ship your order within 1-2 days. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days within US. Depending on where you are located it can vary between 1-2 weeks.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on any product defect or issue related to the product or its construction. To redeem your warranty, email photos of the defect along with a short note to: indo@indosole.com

Full warranty coverage applies on defective products within the US and Indonesia.

Policy Details

Refund & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase via RE:DO. Items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition.

We strongly recommend purchasing the RE:DO Return/Exchange service for $2.48 at checkout. This covers return shipping and both directions for an exchange. Without this service, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
