What are indosoles made of?
Every layer is chosen with purpose. Here's the full breakdown:
- Footbed: 30% Natural Rubber, 30% Recycled EVA, 40% EVA
- Outsole: 100% Recycled Tire Rubber
- Straps: Custom ENVIROFIBER — a proprietary fiber engineered for lower water use and natural dyes
Where are indosoles made?
Indosoles are proudly made in Indonesia. We use high-quality natural and recycled materials that are locally sourced — keeping our supply chain close to home and our impact traceable.
Each pair is assembled with care and features a hand-sewn upper and our signature recycled tire sole. Made by hand, made to last.
Are indosoles waterproof?
es — 100%. Indosoles are made to get wet and withstand nature's elements. Rain, pool, beach: they're built for all of it.
Our signature recycled tire tread outsoles also offer superior grip on slick and muddy surfaces, so you're covered wherever the day takes you.
are indosoles durable?
Extremely. Our recycled tire outsoles are among the most resilient materials you'll find on any sandal — and the environmental benefit is a bonus, not a trade-off. Combined with our natural rubber footbed and durable Vegan ENVIROFIBER straps, you get a sandal built to last many seasons.
We also back this up with a one-year warranty on any product defects, so you can wear with confidence.
Can I leave my Indosoles in direct sunlight or heat?
Please take care here. Our footbeds are made with natural rubber, which can warp under high temperatures (75°F / 24°C and above) or during extended periods in direct sunlight.
When you're not wearing them, store your Indosoles in a cool, shaded spot — out of the car dashboard, away from hot pavement, and off sun-drenched balconies.

- International orders: From $15–25 USD, calculated at checkout based on destination
- International orders over $150 USD: Free shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. From there:
- Within the US: 3–5 business days
- International: 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and local customs

Coverage Details
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on any product defect or issue related to the product or its construction. To redeem your warranty, email photos of the defect along with a short note to: indo@indosole.com
Full warranty coverage applies on defective products within the US and Indonesia.
Policy Details
Refund & Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase via RE:DO. Items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition.
We strongly recommend purchasing the RE:DO Return/Exchange service for $2.48 at checkout. This covers return shipping and both directions for an exchange. Without this service, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
