Good day, I love your company's products, but a strange story happened with the sizes, I always bought myself sizes 10 - 11 men's, suddenly slippers arrived from America, and they turned out to be noticeably smaller in size. Although I ordered men's ones, I checked. Can you tell me what the reason is and how I can avoid such incidents in the future?
