Take Part In Plastic-Free July

Plastic Free July with Indosole

We have a challenge for you, and it's simple: Refuse single-use plastic during the month of July. Do this for a day, a week, or the rest of the month! Say no to ALL single-use plastic or try the TOP 4: plastic bags, water bottles, takeaway coffee cups, and straws.

Plastic is designed to last forever, yet every day people are using disposable plastic goods for only a few minutes and then throwing them away. This is a habit that we all must change!

For more info on the plastic problem and fun ways you and your community can challenge yourselves go to www.plasticfreejuly.org.

We found a great resource to help you shift your habits away from plastic usage. Also, did you know we have a great alternative to plastic bags? Our canvas totes are lined with waterproof repurposed rice sacks, which make them durable and easy to wipe down. They are perfect for grocery shopping, a picnic, or a day at the beach. Shop our Indo canvas bags here or try this one with a cool motorbike graphic.

Our canvas bag graphics/ logos are even customizable! A great option for companies, schools, and special events (must meet minimum quantity). Email indo@indosole.com for more info.

If you are going totally synthetic free, you should be sewing those recycled rice bags with cotton thread and not polyester thread. What’s the story? A Tex 60 or 80 cotton would give you the strength of a Tex 40 poly thread. Bag looks great!
